Sebastian is a transfer from Merrimack College in Massachusetts, he transferred to shepherd after a stellar year at Merrimack. He strives to be a Wide Out in the national Football League and strongly believes Shepherd has the tools in order to get him there. he looking for a huge role this upcoming season, as the Rams enter the PSAC.
